Studio
After obtaining her degree in Architecture, acquired through work experience at the Arup studio in London, Marta, a great enthusiast of the sea and sailing, decides to delve into the field of Interior Yacht design with a Master’s degree at the Polytechnic University of Milan.
Upon completing her Master’s degree, she is accepted for an internship at the naval design studio of Bill Tripp in Connecticut, USA, where she explores the design of minimal spaces in sailing vessels with a very high technological level.
After her American experience, and having collaborated with various Roman design studios, she starts her independent freelance practice in 2012. In 2017, she co-founds the Officine Norma studio with Architect Alessandra Cappelletti, and they collaborate until 2023.
Enthusiasm, Empathy, and Creativity are the adjectives that best describe Marta’s approach and her studio’s approach to project creation. Marta and her team of professionals, artisans, and designers, who passionately support her, share the same philosophy: envisioning creative projects that are unique with a strong and consistent identity.
The goal is to gently guide clients towards the design of customized and timeless spaces. Marta’s experience has been shaped over time with over 60 completed projects to her name. As a mother of two, she knows better than anyone the importance of enjoying the present while also anticipating future changes.
